Join Texas utility leaders for an informative workshop on the Federal Clean Water Consent Decree. Representatives, including Jeff Haby (SAWS), Phillip Goodwin (City of Houston), and Frank Simoneaux (City of Baytown), will discuss lessons learned in negotiating and implementing consent decrees. Deborah Baker (Baker Wotring LLP) will moderate the workshop. 

This workshop is approved for 1.5 CEUs for water and wastewater operators and takes place in BOA F at our host hotel, the Hilton Americas-Houston on Tuesday, July 15, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.
