Join Texas utility leaders for an informative workshop on the Federal Clean Water Consent Decree. Representatives, including Jeff Haby (SAWS), Phillip Goodwin (City of Houston), Frank Simoneaux (City of Baytown), and Nick Winkelmann (Corpus Christi Water, invited), will discuss lessons learned in negotiating and implementing consent decrees.
